In the field of Smart Buildings and intelligent home management, it is necessary to be able to interface building elements with each other using standard communication protocols. Reliable and efficient communication between various devices and sensors is essential to ensure precise and centralized control of equipment. With a view to the continuous development of our solutions, we are pleased to announce our new product: the eSMART-RS485 Interface, a widely deployed communication standard for controlling solutions such as air conditioning, ventilation, or boilers, for example.

RS485 is an established interface for data transmission. Complex devices such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems can be integrated and controlled in our clients’ residential projects, offering significant advantages such as reliable data transmission over long distances, enabling fast integration with our eSMART solutions for home management and energy monitoring.
eSMART has already had the opportunity of including this product in a real estate project in Bucharest, thanks to our team in Romania (see article eSMART expands in Romania), in order to achieve more optimal air conditioning system control.
