eSMART equips 90 homes with its automation solution in the Artemis project. Comprising 4 buildings, Artemis is a harmonious architectural ensemble, perfectly integrated into the new district of Bussigny Ouest.

The 90 homes at Artemis are designed to provide maximum comfort for their occupants. Bright and modern, they are equipped with all the amenities you need to live comfortably and peacefully. Apartments from the first floor to the 3rd floor benefit from an unusual 3-metre high ceiling, providing more light and a pleasant feeling of space. From 1.5 to 4.5 rooms, all apartments have a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. All except the 1.5-room apartments on the upper floors have a large balcony that can be converted into a genuine outdoor living space.
