Summary
The eSMART solution now equips the 40 apartments spread across the 3 buildings of the Estavia Velâdzo project, located in Estavayer-le-Lac, in the canton of Fribourg.
The future homes, scheduled for late 2026, combining wood and concrete and certified Minergie-P, will be integrated in the heart of a green neighborhood, with many urban amenities nearby.
