Summary
The real estate renovation project for 64 apartments, combined with the construction of a two-storey extension comprising 12 new homes, is part of an urban densification approach in Geneva. This ambitious project renovates both the apartments’ interior installations (including kitchens and bathrooms) and improves the building’s energy efficiency. Thanks to this initiative, 12 new households will be able to move into a central district of the city, further enhancing the appeal of this strategic location.
