eSMART equips 20 apartments in two buildings of the Clendy X project in Yverdon-les-Bains, in a green and pleasant environment close to all amenities (bus, train station, shops and motorways). The project benefits from air/water heat pump heating with single-flow ventilation and photovoltaic panels on the roof. In terms of comfort, the apartments are equipped with electrically-controlled slatted blinds, as well as the eSMART system, which enables you to control the heating and electric blinds remotely, either by phone or tablet. You can also check your energy consumption and set the temperature in the various rooms to control your apartment remotely.
