Between town and country, discover an eco-neighborhood in the heart of the Vaud Riviera with panoramic views, where nature comes alive in all its forms. The residence’s five buildings and breathtaking views resonate with the five villages of this Italian region.

The Les V Terres project is resolutely forward-looking, with 15 apartments equipped with the eSMART solution. Residents will be able to control their energy consumption from the touch screen inside the home, or from their smartphone using the eSMART application. They will have access to building functions such as videophony, heating, lighting or blinds. The screen also displays electricity, heating and hot water consumption in real time.

The project is also environmentally friendly, being built to the Minergie© Standard label. The combination of photovoltaic solar panels, geothermal probes and the active facade concept not only ensures energy savings, but also reduces CO2 emissions.
