eSMART is participating in the development of the COEUR DU BOURG project. A project comprising 6 semi-detached village houses, 1 single-family home and 13 apartments located in the center of the village, in the immediate vicinity of the Genolier school and shops. The Genolier train station is just a few minutes’ walk away, providing a convenient link to Nyon station.
All the houses and apartments will be connected to the Commune de Genolier’s district heating network, offering one of the most environmentally-friendly and economical heating systems, while minimizing heating infrastructure costs in the homes. Thanks to the eSMART solution, residents will be able to control their energy consumption from the touch screen inside the home, or from their smartphone with the eSMART application. They will have access to building functions such as video intercom, heating, lighting and blinds. The screen also displays electricity, heating and hot water consumption in real time. Purchasers can choose their finishing touches, such as the control of light points, blinds or controlled sockets, at the lessee’s discretion and lower cost (addition of eSMART modules).
