eSMART presents a vibrant, lively and eco-responsible new address: Trèfle d’Or, a place for the future, in full development. Just a stone’s throw from the new Lancy-Bachet station, a total of 102 housing units – from 3 to 6 rooms on the south side – in various categories, such as ZD LOC, HM, HM LUP, are about to benefit from the eSMART automation solution.
