eSMART is delighted to present this new project in La Tour-de-Peilz. Certified MINERGIE, with low density and designed to make the most of the lake views, Les Oréades began in August 2021 and will be completed by early 2024.
More than just a project, Les Oréades represents a challenge in its own right, but also the third and final phase of the construction of a new neighborhood that began 10 years ago (with the opening of the Jardins de Sully construction site in 2012). 60,000 m3 of earthworks—in rock that is difficult to excavate—nearly 10,000 m3 of concrete to be poured in less than 10 months, around 100 buyers to manage, not to mention the technical coordination required to connect the new buildings to the innovative district heating network in La Tour-de-Peilz, which was launched in 2014 and generates energy through heat exchange with the nearby lake. One year after the start of construction, the development is proceeding strictly according to schedule and is beginning to take shape. The structural work on the most advanced buildings is nearing completion, allowing the first contractors to begin the initial finishing work in September 2022.
