This is the magnificent Résidence “La Colline” project in Ecublens. Two buildings, each with four apartments on a first-floor basis, were delivered at the end of October 2023. Located at the top of the Motty hill, on the Jura side, close to amenities and schools, the project was designed by Brodard & Billiaert SA, an architectural firm based in Lonay. eSMART was also involved in the project, integrating its building automation solution in all the apartments. Connected to all the house’s equipment, the eSMART modules installed behind the sockets and switches can be controlled from the touch-sensitive wall screen, smartphone (iPhone, Android), tablet (iPad, Android) or from a computer connected to the Internet.
For heating control, a temperature sensor is connected to the switch in each room. Near the heating manifolds in the equipment room, an electronic box is connected to the meters and heating valves. An exclusive concept, 100% Swiss, that enhances comfort and safety while enabling occupants to control their energy consumption.
