Thanks to its hillside location, each apartment has plenty of extra room, and a modern living concept meets all the needs of an active lifestyle. Indeed, the eSMART system installed in each apartment enhances occupant comfort, safety and energy efficiency. The in-apartment display enables residents to intelligently manage heating and water consumption, and program scenarios to control and monitor their home remotely via smartphone or tablet, offering greater flexibility whether they’re at home, at work or on vacation.
