Another milestone for eSMART in the Papieri district of Cham (ZG): 50 apartments have just been equipped with our latest eSMART-Connect solution! Designed for temporary rental, these apartments combine comfort, ease of use and energy efficiency, thanks to discreet yet powerful technology.

In these 50 compact but ultra-functional apartments, we have installed :
- eSMART-Thermostat in every room: temperature control, comfort guaranteed
- A smart switch with two modes:
- “I’m off”: the blinds switch to automatic mode and react to the weather to limit overheating in summer.
- “I’m at home”: residents regain control of their blinds as they please.
Simple, practical, effective.
Automated management saves time (and energy)
For CITY STAY, the accommodation manager, we developed a tailor-made integration with their booking platform.
When an apartment is available :
- Heating is automatically reduced in winter;
- The air conditioning is switched off in summer.
