The Secret Garden is a 22-apartment building on a beautiful 2,800 m2 plot of grassland, with a superb garden and a communal square so that everyone can enjoy this little piece of paradise!
Located right in the center of Rolle, it will offer apartments ranging from studios to 5.5 rooms spread over 4 levels.
This new project was designed and will be built by Brodard & Billiaert architects in Lonay. Combining village-style architecture with a modern interior, the architects have succeeded in marrying the requirements of the current regulations with the expectations of their clientele.
Finishes are, of course, up to the lessee, so that everyone can add their own personal touch.
With comfort, efficiency and climate protection in mind, the apartments have been awarded the following labels Minergie label and will all be equipped with the eSMART home automation system. Thanks to the interactive touchscreen, occupants are informed of their heating, hot water and electricity consumption in real time, and can set monthly consumption targets and consult their consumption history.

- Videophone for secure access control
- Independent room heating control in compliance with building regulations
- “Vacation Mode lowering the temperature to a minimum and readjusting it on the day of your return
- Display and energy consumption for residents (heating, hot water)
- Service Center on the Internet for management (sending messages and heating and hot water consumption and hot water consumption for service charge billing) in compliance with DIFC & DIFEC regulations.
- Free Smartphone application for remote control (Android, Apple)
- Social and community and community (info from management and concierge, weather forecasts, public transport, virtual post-it notes, announcements, etc.)
- Free Cooling : control of apartment cooling in summer
- Energy metering of common areas
- Access to home automation (light points, blinds, controlled outlets) at the lessee’s discretion at a lower cost (addition of eSMART modules)
