eSMART presents an incredible metamorphosis for this majestic building on Place Pury in Neuchâtel. This emblematic building occupies a highly sought-after location in the heart of the city, close to the lake, and offers residential and office space for rent. Designed by architects Serge Grard SA, the project distributes the main living spaces around the periphery. The building was completely gutted from the inside and rebuilt, while the facades were dosed and carefully restored with Hauterive stone. To enhance comfort, interior polyurethane insulation was projected and completed with internal lining. All technical installations were refurbished, and the apartments are now equipped with the eSMART building automation system.

- Independent room heating control in compliance with building regulations
- “ Vacation Mode ” lowers the temperature to a minimum and resets it on the day of your return.
- Display and energy consumption for residents (heating, hot water, electricity)
- Service Center on the Internet for management (sending messages and heating and hot water consumption for billing purposes) in compliance with DIFC & DIFEC regulations.
- Free Smartphone application for remote control (Android, Apple)
- Neighborhood lifeSocial and community links (management and concierge info, weather forecasts, public transport, virtual post-it notes, announcements, etc.).
- Technical alert and building maintenance (management/heating engineer)
- Energy monitoring according to SIA 386.110
- Access to home automation (light points, blinds, controlled outlets) at the lessee’s discretion at a lower cost (addition of eSMART modules)
