The Albert Smarthouse project was developed in Valais. Unlike normal real estate projects, as a SMARTHOUSE object, this project is closely accompanied by property management specialists. Compared with conventional architects or builders, the property manager has more experience in the use of real estate, as he or she is intensively involved in the operation of the building from the moment it is completed. Each apartment has been designed to be as optimally adapted as possible to its occupants. Particular attention has been paid to how residents behave in the apartment and how their lives can be improved.
That’s why we chose to install the eSMART automation system. A tablet has been installed in each apartment, enabling residents to communicate with each other. Residents can also access the system via their cell phone using an application. In addition to the video intercom, residents can control all the home automation systems on site or from outside via the system. Electricity, water and heating power consumption are always displayed in real time. As a resident, you can also control all the lighting in the living area.
