The new “Allegra” building on Bahnhofstrasse in Oberuzwil has been occupied since the beginning of December 2023. It consists of 13 “affordable, age-appropriate” rental apartments. This new “Allegra” building project aims to enable people in their third stage of life to live and live largely independently, even if certain age-related restrictions make daily life difficult. This remarkable building, comprising 13 apartments and a common room, is located in the heart of Oberuzwil. The kitchens are equipped to suit all ages.
