The Operations Department at eSMART plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of each project, from design to completion. Our team, both flexible and responsive, manages all processes, ensuring seamless coordination between project management, customer support, and the supply chain. We are involved in every aspect of the projects – from the installation and commissioning of our solutions to supporting end customers. The department also manages logistics flows to guarantee optimal delivery times and impeccable service quality. The team has in-depth knowledge of eSMART products and their implementation in the field, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions into every project.
