Each apartment is equipped with an automation system that enables tenants to control many of the apartment&#8217;s functions (lighting, blinds, free heating\/cooling) using the integrated tablet or a cell phone. Thanks to the integrated solar system, every apartment can benefit from low-cost solar energy. The building also has a large bicycle garage.
