In the new RONDO building project, in which eSMART is participating, 54 rental apartments will be built by October 2023. The striking round RONDO building offers unusual floor plans for individual design: depending on requirements, there&#8217;s a choice of 2.5-, 3.5-, 4.5- or even 5.5-room duplex apartments with large roof terraces.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All apartments feature a loggia (first floor) or large balcony with electric blinds.
