Residents will be able to control their energy consumption from the touch screen inside the home, or from their smartphone using the eSMART application. They will have access to building functions such as videophony, heating, lighting or blinds. The screen also displays electricity, heating and hot water consumption in real time.   <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The project is also environmentally friendly, being built to the Minergie\u00a9 Standard label.
