A project comprising 6 semi-detached village houses, 1 single-family home and 13 apartments located in the center of the village, in the immediate vicinity of the Genolier school and shops. Thanks to the eSMART solution, residents will be able to control their energy consumption from the touch screen inside the home, or from their smartphone with the eSMART application. They will have access to building functions such as video intercom, heating, lighting and blinds. The screen also displays electricity, heating and hot water consumption in real time.
