Designed for temporary rental, these apartments combine <strong>comfort, ease of use and energy efficiency<\/strong>, thanks to discreet yet powerful technology.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Papieri Cham: a neighborhood looking to the future  <\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the former Papieri industrial site, a new, <strong>lively and sustainable urban district<\/strong> has come into being. Housing, workspaces, leisure activities: everything is designed for a modern quality of life.
