This emblematic building occupies a highly sought-after location in the heart of the city, close to the lake, and offers residential and office space for rent. Designed by architects Serge Grard SA, the project distributes the main living spaces around the periphery. The building was completely gutted from the inside and rebuilt, while the facades were dosed and carefully restored with Hauterive stone. To enhance comfort, interior polyurethane insulation was projected and completed with internal lining.
