Designed for temporary rental, these apartments combine <strong>comfort, ease of use and energy efficiency</strong>, thanks to discreet yet powerful technology.  </p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Papieri Cham: a neighborhood looking to the future  </h3>

<p>On the former Papieri industrial site, a new, <strong>lively and sustainable urban district</strong> has come into being. Housing, workspaces, leisure activities: everything is designed for a modern quality of life. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">This is the magnificent Résidence &#8220;La Colline&#8221; project in Ecublens. Two buildings, each with four apartments on a first-floor basis, were delivered at the end of October 2023. Located at the top of the Motty hill, on the Jura side, close to amenities and schools, the project was designed by Brodard &amp; Billiaert SA, an architectural firm based in Lonay. eSMART was also involved in the project, integrating its building automation solution in all the apartments. Connected to all the house&#8217;s equipment, the eSMART modules installed behind the sockets and switches can be controlled from the touch-sensitive wall screen, smartphone (iPhone, Android), tablet (iPad, Android) or from a computer connected to the Internet.<br />
For heating control, a temperature sensor is connected to the switch in each room. Near the heating manifolds in the equipment room, an electronic box is connected to the meters and heating valves. An exclusive concept, 100% Swiss, that enhances comfort and safety while enabling occupants to control their energy consumption.      </p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: left;">The Secret Garden is a 22-apartment building on a beautiful 2,800 m2 plot of grassland, with a superb garden and a communal square so that everyone can enjoy this little piece of paradise!<br />
Located right in the center of Rolle, it will offer apartments ranging from studios to 5.5 rooms spread over 4 levels.<br />

Combining village-style architecture with a modern interior, the architects have succeeded in marrying the requirements of the current regulations with the expectations of their clientele.<br />
Finishes are, of course, up to the lessee, so that everyone can add their own personal touch. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">With comfort, efficiency and climate protection in mind, the apartments have been awarded the following labels <a href="https://www.minergie.ch/fr/" target="_blank"><strong>Minergie</strong></a> label and will all be equipped with the eSMART home automation system. Thanks to the interactive touchscreen, occupants are informed of their heating, hot water and electricity consumption in real time, and can set monthly consumption targets and consult their consumption history. </p>

<li><span style="color: #006fc0;"><strong>Service Center</strong><strong> </strong></span>on the Internet for management (sending messages and <strong><span style="color: #006fc0;">heating and hot water consumption</span> </strong>and hot water consumption for service charge billing) in compliance with DIFC &amp; DIFEC regulations.</li>

Each apartment is equipped with an automation system that enables tenants to control many of the apartment&#8217;s functions (lighting, blinds, free heating/cooling) using the integrated tablet or a cell phone. Thanks to the integrated solar system, every apartment can benefit from low-cost solar energy. The building also has a large bicycle garage. Residents can take care of their bikes, recharge them and store them safely.    </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">SMARTHOUSE&#8217;s vision is to develop properties at a previously unattainable level of quality of life using the most modern property management technologies.</p>
