The eSMART solution now equips 64 apartments within the Actaris project, located in the municipality of Vernier, Geneva. The units are spread across two buildings of 6 and 9 floors.

A unique project in the canton of Geneva designed by Acau Architecture SA, which stands out for its structure and wooden elements. The project aims to be a positive energy building and fully meets the requirements of the Minergie label, for which eSMART is certified.
