13 apartments – Allegra, Oberuzwil (SG, CH)
The municipality of Chêne-Bougeries, located on the left bank of Geneva, is mainly composed of villas and small residential buildings. In this peaceful environment, enjoying all amenities and not far from the city center, five adjacent villas have been built using the eSMART home automation system.
All the villas are certified THPE (very high energy performance) thanks to their peripheral insulation, triple glazing, solar panels on the roof for hot water, and a heating system powered by an air/water heat pump. The rooms are heated with underfloor heating, individually adjustable through a tablet.
Each villa has an “eSMART” home automation system that allows individual management of energy consumption, including heating, hot water, electricity, as well as control of blinds and awnings. The modern entrance gate is controlled via video intercom for the residents’ convenience. The outdoor landscaping is simple, with permeable paver access in front of the villas and a vegetated separation on the garden side for privacy.
