Durch ihre grossz\u00fcgigen Fensterfronten und Loggien sowie wundervollen Terrassen oder G\u00e4rten k\u00f6nnen die Bewohner das sonnige Wetter und die sch\u00f6nen Ausblicke in vollen Z\u00fcgen geniessen. <\/p>\n<p>Es handelt sich um ein umweltbewusstes Projekt: Dies wird durch die eSMART-L\u00f6sung unterst\u00fctzt, die in allen 246 Wohnungen installiert wird: Ein intelligentes System, das die Geb\u00e4udeautomatisation erm\u00f6glicht. Zudem werden hier alle aktuellen Verbrauchsdaten f\u00fcr Heizung und Warmwasser in Echtzeit angezeigt, und f\u00fcr die Geb\u00e4udeverwaltung sind diese Z\u00e4hlerst\u00e4nde aus der Ferne abrufbar. Das System erm\u00f6glicht ebenso, mit den Mietern zu kommunizieren und sie beispielsweise \u00fcber das Abstellen des Wassers zu informieren. Mittels einer Mobilapplikation haben die Bewohner Zugriff auf all diese Funktionalit\u00e4ten.
