Sie k\u00f6nnen alle von den Z\u00e4hlern ermittelten Verbr\u00e4uche getrennt einsehen, sei es nun f\u00fcr Heizung, Warm- und Kaltwasser oder Strom. All dies erm\u00f6glicht Ihnen die Reduzierung Ihres Energieverbrauchs um bis zu 15 %.    <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Der Bildschirm eSMART erm\u00f6glicht sowohl den gesicherten Zugang durch ein Bildtelefon als auch die Regelung der Temperatur in jedem Raum. Zudem werden hier alle aktuellen Verbrauchsdaten f\u00fcr Strom, Heizung und Warmwasser angezeigt und f\u00fcr die Geb\u00e4udeverwaltung sind diese Zahlen aus der Ferne abrufbar, um die Nebenkostenabrechnung zu erstellen. Sie kann ausserdem \u00fcber das Tablet mit den Mietern \u00fcber Themen wie das Quartierleben kommunizieren oder Ihnen wichtige Informationen wie beispielsweise das Abstellen des Wassers zukommen lassen.
