Langfristig wird die Stiftung 37 Eigentumswohnungen (PSA) und 25 staatlich kontrollierte Freimietwohnungen (ZD LOC) sowie 31 Niedrigmieten-Wohnungen (LUP) zum Verkauf anbieten. Das Projekt wird von der Banque Cantonale de Gen\u00e8ve unterst\u00fctzt, die an diesem Projekt beteiligt ist.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alle EPP-Wohnungen werden an aktive Menschen im internationalen Genf verkauft. Denn die Mission der Stiftung besteht darin, die Integration der internationalen Einwohner von Genf zu erleichtern.
