Die Gestaltung der Fassaden ist Dank einer Vielfalt von Materialien, die von Glas bis zu ultraleistungsf\u00e4higem Faserbeton reichen, insbesondere technisch und sorgf\u00e4ltig ausgearbeitet, Alle Geb\u00e4ude erf\u00fcllen im \u00dcbrigen die strengsten Anforderungen an eine sehr hohe Energieeffizienz (THPE). Die sich zu den Fussg\u00e4ngerwegen hin \u00f6ffnenden Erdgeschosse sind ihrerseits f\u00fcr eine gewerbliche Nutzung vorgesehen.
