Die Bewohner k\u00f6nnen ihren Energieverbrauch \u00fcber den Touchscreen in der Wohnung oder \u00fcber ihr Smartphone mit der eSMART App kontrollieren. Sie haben Zugriff auf Geb\u00e4udefunktionen wie Videotelefonie, Heizung, Beleuchtung oder Jalousien. Der Bildschirm zeigt auch den Verbrauch von Strom, Heizung und Warmwasser in Echtzeit an.   <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Das Projekt ist ebenfalls umweltfreundlich und wurde nach dem Minergie\u00a9 Standard gebaut.
