Die R\u00e4ume werden mit einer Fu\u00dfbodenheizung beheizt, die \u00fcber einen Tablet-PC von Raum zu Raum gesteuert werden kann. Jede Villa verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber ein &#8222;eSMART&#8220;-Hausautomationssystem, das es erm\u00f6glicht, den Energieverbrauch f\u00fcr Heizung, Warmwasser und Strom individuell zu steuern und die Jalousien und Stoffe zu verwalten. Die \u00d6ffnungskontrolle des Eingangstors der Residenz ist entschieden modern und erm\u00f6glicht den Bewohnern eine Verwaltung per Videotelefon.
