\nDer Artikel zeigt die verschiedenen Vorteile des eSMART-Systems im Wohnbereich und in der Immobilienverwaltung sowie die Energieeffizienz, die durch neue Lebensgewohnheiten entsteht. Der Energieverbrauch (Heizung, Warmwasser, Kaltwasser, Strom) kann von den Bewohnern aufgezeichnet und visualisiert werden.
