Das 2011 von Laurent Fabre und Fabrizio Lo Conte gegr\u00fcndete Unternehmen eSMART hat sich der digitalen Vernetzung und Geb\u00e4udeautomation verschrieben. Die\u00a0fast 10 Jahre des Bestehens des Unternehmens zeigen, dass smarte Technologien immer mehr Einzug in unsere H\u00e4user halten.<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus gibt es immer noch eine grosse Anzahl von Print-Magazinen, weshalb das Swiss PropTech Magazine ins Leben gerufen wurde, ein umfassendes Magazin \u00fcber die Schweizer PropTech-Szene.<\/p>\n<p>eSMART hat mehr als 6&#8217;000 Immobilienobjekte ausgestattet und ist inzwischen auch in Deutschland und den Benelux-L\u00e4ndern aktiv, wo ihre intelligente L\u00f6sung in einer Reihe von Neubauprojekten zu finden ist. Seit September 2019 arbeitet das Team um Laurent Fabre, Fabrizio Lo Conte und J\u00e9r\u00f4me Ramelet auch mit Allthings zusammen, dem Basler PropTech von Gr\u00fcnder Stefan Zanetti. Seitdem bieten sie Bauherren und Projektentwicklern eine gemeinsame L\u00f6sung an. Eines der ersten erfolgreich umgesetzten Grossprojekte ist das nachhaltige Quartier Greencity in Z\u00fcrich.
