Wenn ein Besucher \u00fcber die Gegensprechanlage am Geb\u00e4udeeingang erscheint, \u00f6ffnet der Bewohner die Eingangst\u00fcr. Im selben Moment wird der Aufzug automatisch in das Erdgeschoss gerufen und bringt den Besucher in die Zieletage, ohne dass ein weiterer Knopf gedr\u00fcckt werden muss. Beim Verlassen gen\u00fcgt ein Knopfdruck auf dem eSMART-Bedienfeld: Die Rolll\u00e4den schliessen sich, die Beleuchtung wird ausgeschaltet &#8211; und der Aufzug wird gerufen. Es ist auch eine schl\u00fcsselfertige L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr Bauherren, die von einem KONE Projektmanager profitieren und die Kosten f\u00fcr die Installation von Gegensprechanlagen reduzieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die L\u00f6sung eSMART-KONE\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Videoanruf vom Geb\u00e4udeeingang<\/li>\n<li>Automatisches Senden des Aufzugs ins Erdgeschoss beim \u00d6ffnen der T\u00fcr, um Besucher zu empfangen.<\/li>\n<li>Automatische R\u00fcckkehr des Aufzugs in die Etage des Bewohners.<\/li>\n<li>Modus &#8222;Ich verlasse die Wohnung und rufe den Aufzug in die Etage des Bewohners&#8220;.<\/li>\n<li>Identische Funktion auf Bildschirm und mobiler Anwendung eSMART-live<\/li>\n<li>Zeitersparnis f\u00fcr die Geb\u00e4udeverwaltungen<\/li>\n<li>Sofortige Aktualisierung der Namen auf der Gegensprechanlage<\/li>\n<li>Verwaltung der Lieferungen von digitalen Schl\u00fcsseln aus der Ferne<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Im Wohnprojekt L&#8217;il\u00f4, Belmont-sur-Lausanne (VD) vernetzt eSMART zahlreiche Komponenten wie Beleuchtung, Heizung und Rolll\u00e4den drahtlos \u00fcber das elektrische Netz mit Hilfe von Mikromodulen.
