Dank der Installation von Fernsteuerungssystemen konnten allein die 700&#8217;000 Zweitwohnsitze in der Schweiz mehr als 2&#8217;000 GWh\/Jahr einsparen.<\/p>\n<p>eSMART ist dank seiner intelligenten und vernetzten L\u00f6sung der ideale Partner f\u00fcr diese Kampagne. Der Bildschirm von eSMART erm\u00f6glicht sowohl den gesicherten Zugang durch ein Bildtelefon als auch die Regelung der Temperatur in jedem Raum. Zudem werden hier alle aktuellen Verbrauchsdaten f\u00fcr Strom, Heizung und Warmwasser angezeigt und f\u00fcr die Geb\u00e4udeverwaltung sind diese Zahlen aus der Ferne abrufbar, um die Nebenkostenabrechnung zu erstellen. Sie kann ausserdem \u00fcber das Tablet mit den Mietern \u00fcber Themen wie das Quartierleben kommunizieren oder Ihnen wichtige Informationen wie beispielsweise das Abstellen des Wassers zukommen lassen.
